We believe that a culture of giving is good for the soul and the right thing to do. Ridgewood Moving actively supports many organizations that improve the lives of others by donating trucks, labor, warehousing and beyond. We are also grateful to many of our not-for-profit friends within the community that have chosen us to work with….a special shout out to: Center for Hope and Safety, The Girls and Boys Club of Paterson/Passaic, YWCA of Bergen County, Meals on Wheels, Bergen Volunteer Center, Move for Hunger, Making it Home, Families for Families, Wonder Girls, Covenant House, Breast Cancer Org, Women United in Philanthropy, Habitat for Humanity, Dress for Success, Women’s Rights and Information Center, Eva’s Village, Center for Food Action and several military organizations.

Our clients do more than just move—they give back. As part of the relocation process, we encourage donating gently used items instead of throwing them away. From clothing and furniture to household goods, these donations are passed along to local charities and community organizations that truly benefit. It’s a meaningful way to lighten the load, reduce waste, and make a positive impact during a time of transition.
