Secure Storage & Inventory Management

Designers know that furniture deliveries don’t always align perfectly with installation timelines. Instead of cluttering your office or home, Ridgewood Moving Services (RMS) provides a secure, climate-controlled 15,000 sq. ft. storage facility in Mahwah, NJ, designed to handle:

  • Receiving & Inspection: Our team documents any visible damage or missing items on the carrier’s freight bill, marking it as Subject to Inspection. Photos of damaged items are taken immediately and sent to the designer or account manager for further instructions.
  • Short & Long-Term Storage: Whether you need access next week or in 6 months, we store your items safely.
  • Cloud base inventory database: Each and every item is tagged, color coded and assigned an item number and secured before leaving our dock area.
  • Delivery Services: Safe & timely transport. Each and every item is tagged, color coded and assigned an item number and secured before leaving our dock area.
  • Showroom Storage Solutions: Perfect for setting up or breaking down showrooms without the hassle of storing excess pieces yourself.
  • Damage Protection: Proper handling ensures your items remain scratch-free and in perfect condition until delivery.

If it’s valuable to you, it’s important to us!

What an amazing company! Dennise and Christina were so understanding and flexible with our closing date. The moving crew was punctual, professional, and extremely patient as we moved a few hours away. I cannot say enough about how thankful we were to deal with awesome people! Highly recommend!
These folks are amazing. We've used them several times now and everything went smoothly. The office people are super friendly and accommodating and the guys who do the hard work are a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Ridgewood Moving.
We moved my 92-year-old mother from the Jersey shore to Vermont. It was no simple task, but the Ridgewood Moving team pulled it off beautifully! Everyone we dealt with was excited to do a great job. If you are moving, put them on speed dial!
I’ve used Ridgewood movers twice and both times they were professional, took care of my items, thorough and went above and beyond. There is no moving company better than Ridgewood Movers!!!
This is the second time I hired Ridgewood Moving for a large move. The first time around, they went above and beyond that I knew I would be using them again. They are a pleasure to work with and their employees are professional and courteous. I highly recommend Ridgewood Moving and will certainly use them again for my third move !
These guys work incredibly hard. Showed up on time. Very careful wrapping everything and helping us set up at the next location. They went above and beyond for us! I would absolutely recommend Ridgewood Moving especially if you get Anthony and Diego for your move!
Moving is stressful, but Cindy, Denise, and Steve made it much easier. The movers were punctual, hardworking, and incredibly positive always asking how they could help. If I ever have to move again, Ridgewood Movers will be my first call.
A great experience from start to finish. 3 separate moves to get everything out of the house and where it was going to was a little complicated but the team handled it flawlessly and went above and beyond to get the job done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Professional and respectful of all our belongings and extremely efficient.
Wonderful team of movers led by Anthony. They take pride in their work, they’re professional, polite and accommodating. Ridgewood Moving Services provided us with many, many assorted size boxes for our move. Our experience was first rate.
