Moving an elderly parent is never easy; it's always emotional to leave behind a place you've made memories. But Rodney, Isaac, and Geraldo were the most respectful, professional and personable movers ever. They took care of my Dad's possessions like they were their own. And they were such gentlemen. I had a crew of 8 show up at the storage facility where my stuff had been stored for 3.5 months. The guys had the truck loaded in record time, but it was done with gentle precision. They showed up at the new house and unloaded the truck in about the same amount of time. They were extremely efficient and were done way before I had expected. They pointed out all of the mistakes that our Allied movers made in getting our stuff up to NJ from VA. I wish I had known about Ridgewood Moving when we moved out of VA. These guys were fabulous and, like some other people said, the final bill was below the estimate. Amazing! I will certainly recommend your services to anyone who needs them. You guys are the best. Thank you so much for everything.

I thank Ridgewood Moving Services most sincerely for the efficient move of our client. The ease and confidence provided by Susan in arranging the move and the professional, efficient and steadfast work of Gerardo and Jimmy in packing up and moving the furniture from the apartment, then unpacking and placing the furniture, reflected so clearly the care which has been the hallmark of Ridgewood Moving Services. In addition, Gerardo and Jimmy "went the extra mile" in accommodating the client, and they most willingly and patiently rearranged furniture . I am very grateful for all that Gerardo and Jimmy did. Plus to "top off" the day, the actual cost of the move was less than the estimate!

We just want to say Thank You to the entire staff at Ridgewood Moving Services. We moved several times but this move was "made in heaven." We are so impressed with your professionalism and outstanding services. "Steve's crew" was our dream team. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to use movers in the past, with very negative and stressful outcomes, but this crew was flawless!
Very professional from soup to nuts. Starting with the inital call, estimate, services provided over the phone, straight through to the movers on moving day who always knew exactly how to get by any challenge with caution, and hardly seemed to break a sweat! In fact, they were clean and courteous, which may not matter in the grand scheme of things, but it was a first!
The estimate was more than fair, as it actually turned out to be less.
I really can't say enough, without going into very specific detail, but this is the company you want to handle your move.

I would highy recommend Ridgewood Moving. They were accomodating in everyway, from the last minute change in our closing date and time to helping us pack many items that we didnt get around to beforehand. The movers were exceptionally efficient and were professional and friendly. The guys were awesome. The fee was more than reasonable and while I dont plan on moving anytime soon, I would refer them to any of my family and friends.
