Ah, the holidays! It’s the best time to get into the giving spirit. Of course, today’s youth is a big reminder of that fact. For instance, at the recent food drive that happened at All Saints Regional Catholic School, the students helped gather food donations for Move For Hunger. Move For Hunger, a nonprofit organization that we have worked with for years, takes food donations and brings them to local food banks that need it the most.

The story about these kids is absolutely amazing, which you can read for yourself below. If you would like to see the full post, written by Move For Hunger blogger Mark Schanen, then you can visit its website by clicking here.

The food they raised is enough for 650 meals! In Ocean County over 63,000 people, including 27,000 children are food insecure. With the holiday season around the corner, there isn’t a better time to get out and help your neighbors.

If you want to learn more about the nonprofit organization itself, you can visit their homepage here. You can help join the fight against world hunger by moving with us and making a donation or by keeping a lookout for food drive posts on our blog in the future!
