NJWMA is a nonprofit organization that was created in 1969 to ensure that moving companies and clients in New Jersey have safe moving experiences. A big part of how the organization keeps everyone in the moving industry safe is by informing them. It may sound simple, but just knowing the difference between a good and bad mover will help motivate moving companies to be the best they can be and keep clients confident with the service being provided. For example, the Circle of Excellence program was put into effect to let potential clients know which companies are safe to move with.

On the Circle of Excellence page on NJWMA’s website, it lists the exact qualifications of the title. Because we met the criteria, NJWMA thought that we would make a great fit for the program. The Circle of Excellence Mover Program was developed and administered by the NJWMA to recognize members that exceed the minimum required standards for membership. Qualifying movers are members in good standing of the NJWMA, that in addition to adhering to the NJWMA’s code of ethical conduct, comply with Policy Guidelines, and all State and Federal laws; Those moving companies have also shown that they maintain the highest levels of customer service and consumer satisfaction through employee training, maintenance of equipment, operational and other safety criteria.
